Quality Control Process

One of our best practices is quality awareness. Our quality teams work very hard in inspecting and proactively control at every step in the production process to assure that we will deliver excellent products and meet sophisticated customer's requirements.

We impose the strict quality control procedure for the entire process. The procedure includes PE and Scrap Testing, Ink testing, Solvent testing, Carton and finished foods testing. Besides the strict quality procedure, we have the high standard Quality Assurance Instruments such as Dart Impact Testing Instrument, Puncture Resistance Testing Instrument, Melt Flow Index Testing Instrument, and etc. to assure that our products are durable, strong, resistant to leakage and compliant to our standard specification.

Bag product process

The film production procedure starts from mixing plastics, blowing film by extruder machine, printing and cutting the film and rolling them as finished goods. At this stage, the film is already transformed to be plastic bags and ready to be shipped for our customers. We have 23 sets of Blowing machines, which can manufacture a variety of sizes from the minimum of 9-inch size to the maximum of 30-inch size. These machines enable us to produce HDPE and LLDPE plastic bags. Printing machines have high capability with the printing speed of 100 meter / minute. In addition, our plant implement the recycling system to reprocess the recycled materials in order to utilize raw materials
