Printing Process

Printing plays a key role in creating attractive products. Our experience teams understand the constraints of printing in plastic. In every step of the printing process, we employ the computerized machines. This makes our products look realistic, Beautiful and lively.  For printing decoration, we offer "Dry Offset" printing with the maximum of 8-color capability ; it is capable for "Halftone" and "Solid" graphic.

Color matching

Color Matching machine (Ink formulation 4.0) , imported from Germany, an industry icon for Color matching machine, wording in conjunction with a specific software and a Spectrophotometer machine, helps our teams match and mange printing colors efficiently. This results in high quality printing.

Ink Mixing

Busch Ink Mixer machine promotes thorough mixing of printing ink. This is achieved by the up-and-down motion of the mixing arm and the simultaneous rotation of the ink container.

Making Polymer Plate

The polymer plate-making machine develops the polymer plate by using UV ray exposure to put the image from the artwork the polymer plate.
